Very Impressed
I purchased a set of Roberto Rossi knives a couple months ago. What a joy it is to cook with such an attractive, precise, high quality set of knives. The knives hold a sharp edge and I use the sharpening steel to maintain the blades' fine edges because I want my knives to last for many years.
